General Terms

Snackbox.me is maintained by Pulsar Foodstuff Trading, LLC. By using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy stated.

Pulsar Foodstuff Trading, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any given time.

Refund Policy

Customers should inform snackbox.me within 7 days of any damaged or wrong products received. If it passes the 7 days window time, we won’t be able to process your refund.

Refund is only applicable to all products that are proven to be damaged and/or wrong, to the extent of which it is determined to be the fault of the supplier.

Refund for products shall not be entertained for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders made by the customer
  • Tampered products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Payment will be refunded via the original mode of payment used to purchase the order, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received your refund within the given time, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted on your credit card statement.

Return/Exchange Policy

Snackbox.ae strives to deliver only the best quality snacks for all customers. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@snackbox.me.

Replacement of items shall be upon the approval of the snackbox.me. We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or wrong, to the extent of which it is determined to be the fault of the supplier.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order is not allowed once checkout has been done, and payment has been made.

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to these locations: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Ajman.

Delivery charges vary per Emirate. See below:

AED10: Orders worth AED50 – AED199 in Dubai

AED20: Orders worth AED50 – AED199 in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, Ajman

FREE DELIVERY for orders above AED200

Delivery schedule is within 1-3 working days for orders in Dubai; and by schedule for orders in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, and Ajman.


Please keep us up to date with any changes that might affect our ability to deliver to you. If we cannot access your building because of changes that we have not been notified of, we reserve the right to charge you for unsuccessful delivery.

It is agreed that anyone at the delivery address is entitled to accept delivery.

Upon receiving the box, it is the customers’ duty to make sure that boxes are stored in a dry place with maximum room temperature of 25°C, especially if there are chocolates included in the order.

Food Allergen Warning

Our products are produced and packed in a facility that handles: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soya, eggs, cereals containing gluten, celery, sesame seeds, fish, lupin, crustaceans, molluscs, and Sulphur Dioxide.
